We’re currently looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.This role involves performing high-quality residential and commercial cleans across Minneapolis and the surrounding areas. Whether it’s a home clean or a detailed move-out, our cleaning technicians take pride in creating calm, healthy environments for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing spaces.
Maintain high standards across a variety of homes and commercial settings.
Handle move-in/move-out cleans and ensure spaces are spotless and client-ready.
Client Care & Communication
Represent Noble Spruce with professionalism, kindness, and respect in every client interaction.
Understand and accommodate client preferences and special requests when possible.
Respect client homes and belongings and ensure a high level of care.
Teamwork & Support
Work independently or alongside team members depending on the job assignment.
Communicate clearly with leads and team members to ensure efficient and consistent work.
Participate in paid training and team check-ins to continue growing and improving.
Qualifications
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required, we provide paid training.
A strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to showing up on time.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning duties for several hours.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (most job sites are in the suburbs of the Twin Cities).
Typical Schedule
Our cleans are scheduled Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
While this is a part-time position, we ask that team members have full-day availability to accommodate varying shift lengths and scheduling needs.

As our Quality Control Lead, you’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards across residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial properties throughout Minneapolis and the surrounding areas.This position involves mentoring and supporting our team, conducting detailed quality inspections, providing hands-on training, and serving as the go-to person for all things related to quality and consistency. We’re looking for someone who values integrity, communicates with kindness and clarity, and takes pride in a job well done. Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Inspections
Conduct final quality control checks to ensure all cleaning meets company standards.
Re-clean areas that do not meet quality expectations.
Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Report quality concerns and corrective measures to management promptly.
Cleaning Duties
Perform cleaning assignments daily as part of your responsibilities.
Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning as a main function of this role.
Employee Management
Uphold company values and standards by managing and correcting employee performance and behavior.
Act as the primary liaison between on-site teams, management, and administrative staff regarding quality control and on-site team management.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and Quality First.
Communication & Coordination
Clearly convey quality expectations to employees.
On occasion facilitate the exchange of keys, manage errands, and handle logistical support for operations.
Maintain effective communication throughout the workday to ensure alignment between teams.
Training & Onboarding
Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce training and expectations.
Qualifications
Strong experience in the cleaning industry, particularly with move-out cleans and residential cleans.
Background in quality control, assurance, and conducting quality audits/inspections.
Proficiency in quality management systems and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity.
Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily.
