Yes, we do! We carry business insurance to help protect you and your home during our cleanings. We treat every space with care and intention, just like we would our own.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

We only use natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are safe for kids, pets, and the planet. No harsh chemicals, no artificial fragrances, just clean ingredients.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

We bring everything we need, including our trusted non-toxic products, cloths, and tools. The only thing we ask is that you provide a toilet brush for your home to avoid cross-contamination between spaces. If you have specific products you’d prefer us to use, just let us know!

What’s the difference between deep cleaning and routine cleaning?

Deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset that gets into all the nooks and crannies, perfect for seasonal refreshes or when your home needs extra love. Routine cleaning is our ongoing service that keeps things beautifully maintained on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That’s totally up to you! Some clients prefer to be there, others give us access and come home to a fresh, clean space. We’ll discuss what feels best for you.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. We'll give you a time estimate when you book, but most standard cleanings take 2–4 hours.

Can I customize what you clean?

Absolutely. We offer flexibility with every service. If you have areas that need extra attention (or ones you want us to skip), just let us know.
